Attorney Müller has been working as a criminal defense attorney since 2014 in close cooperation with his colleague Dr. Betz. His main focus is on criminal litigation defense, often in very complex and extensive proceedings before the regional court.

Attorney Müller has defended clients in numerous cases before criminal courts throughout Germany with great success and has also frequently been involved in complex first-instance proceedings before the regional court as well as in several major proceedings. The experience he has gained from this enables him to keep an overview even in difficult litigation situations and to determine a suitable strategy in every stage of the proceedings.

As an experienced litigation attorney, he specializes in particular in defense in cases with a particularly high expected sentence and/or with particularly complex evidence (e.g. statement against statement, circumstantial evidence). In first-instance proceedings before the regional court, simultaneous representation by two or three attorneys has proven to be very successful and has become an indispensable factor in the success of our law firm. Attorney Müller is also a sought-after specialist when it comes to a second opinion in criminal law or additional litigation defense in ongoing proceedings. He has also worked successfully with numerous other renowned defense attorneys from all over Germany.

Attorney Müller is a staunch advocate of the rule of law and the legal presumption of innocence. As an active litigation attorney – also with regard to legal remedies – he has laid the procedural foundations for several successful appeals before the Federal Court of Justice.
